Every piece from Madeira Inspired is more than just a product — it's a work of art made with love and care. That's why we take packaging just as seriously as the making.
Each item is carefully wrapped in multiple layers of protective materials: acid-free tissue paper, bubble wrap, and custom-sized boxes with foam inserts. For larger pieces like our ceramic whales and framed paintings, we build custom crates to ensure they stay immobile during transport.
Our packaging process has been tested and refined to withstand the rigours of international shipping. Whether you're taking a piece home from Funchal market or having it shipped across Europe, you can trust that it will arrive in the same pristine condition as when it left our studio.
Taking It Home Yourself
If you're visiting Madeira and buying from our market stall, we provide secure packaging materials so you can safely transport your piece in your luggage. Just ask us at the market — we'll wrap it up properly for your journey.
Home Delivery Service
We offer door-to-door shipping with full insurance and a safe-arrival guarantee. This means that if your piece arrives damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost. Available for an additional shipping fee calculated based on your location and the item size.
Safe-Arrival Guarantee
We stand behind our packaging. If your order arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement piece at no additional cost — including the return shipping. We take photos and videos of every package before it leaves our studio, so we can ensure the highest quality standards.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the item, as well as your location. Contact us and we'll provide a custom quote. For customers in Portugal mainland, rates start from €15. For European destinations, from €25. For international orders, please enquire.
How long does delivery take?
For orders within Portugal (mainland and islands), delivery takes 2–5 business days. For European orders, 5–10 business days. For international orders outside Europe, please allow 10–20 business days. All shipments are tracked.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes! We ship worldwide. However, please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. We are not responsible for any customs fees, but we will clearly mark the contents and value on the package.
Can I pick up my order at the market?
Absolutely. If you're on Madeira, you can order online and pick up your piece directly from us at the Mercado dos Lavradores (Friday–Sunday). Just mention it in the contact form and we'll arrange a pickup time.
